About Map Motion
Map Motion provides tools for creating and editing map animations. These draft terms describe the intended service relationship. The legal operator, contact details and effective date must be confirmed before these terms are finalized.
Using the service
You are responsible for your account activity and for having permission to use any prompts, images, geographic data or other material you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement or deliberate disruption.
Your content and third-party materials
You retain any rights you already hold in material you provide. Map data, imagery, fonts and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and attribution requirements. Keep required credits in exported work. The service does not grant rights that the underlying providers do not permit.
Geographic and AI-generated results
Review generated content before publishing. Geographic sources may be incomplete, simplified or outdated, and AI-generated plans may contain errors. Outputs are not intended for navigation, surveying, emergency response or other safety-critical decisions.
Paid features and cancellation
When paid features are enabled, the price, billing interval, included usage and any renewal terms must be presented before purchase. Subscription cancellation and refunds are different processes. See the Refund policy for the policy status and applicable rights.
Availability and mandatory rights
Features and external data services may change or become unavailable. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Operator-specific commercial terms and any governing-law provisions remain subject to review.

The operator identity and support contact are pending confirmation. Material changes and an effective date will be published with the finalized terms.
